Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains under which conditions you may cancel a service purchased from TraviGo Guide LLC and whether you may be entitled to a refund.

 

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

 

1. Type of Services

 

TraviGo Guide provides digital travel information and consulting services, including but not limited to:

 

- Visa and travel information;

- Online consulting sessions;

- Document checklists and review;

- Guidance through official online portals.

 

In some packages, we may also pay official government fees (e.g. e-visa fees) on your behalf, as clearly indicated before payment.

 

2. Right to Cancel Before Service Starts

 

2.1 If you purchase a consulting package and no work has yet been started (no analysis performed, no documents reviewed, no appointment scheduled), you may request cancellation and a full refund of the service fee.

 

2.2 Requests must be sent by e-mail to info@travigoguide.com using the same e-mail address used for your order, and must include your name, date of purchase and service description.

 

3. Cancellation After Service Has Started

 

3.1 Once we have started working on your case (for example, by reviewing your documents, preparing a checklist, providing written advice, or holding a consulting session), the service is considered partially or fully rendered.

 

3.2 In such cases, service fees are generally non-refundable, as our main cost is the time and expertise already provided.

 

3.3 In exceptional situations (e.g. technical issues, obvious mistakes on our side), we may, at our sole discretion, offer partial refunds or credit for future services.

 

4. Official Fees (e.g. e-Visa Fees)

 

4.1 Where a package includes official government fees (such as e-visa fees) paid on your behalf, these amounts are subject to the rules of the relevant authority. In most cases, official fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.

 

4.2 If your application is rejected, withdrawn, or you change your travel plan, we cannot recover official fees already paid to authorities or third-party portals and therefore cannot refund those amounts to you.

 

5. No Refund for Visa or Immigration Decisions

 

5.1 Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by official authorities. We cannot influence these decisions.

 

5.2 No refund will be granted on the basis of a visa, residence permit or travel authorization being refused, delayed, limited, revoked or issued for a different period than expected.

 

6. Rescheduling & Postponement

 

6.1 If you wish to reschedule a consulting call or postpone your case, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will try to accommodate your new schedule without additional charge, within reasonable limits.

 

6.2 In case of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to treat the service as rendered.

 

7. Chargebacks

 

7.1 Before initiating any chargeback through your bank or card issuer, you agree to first contact us at info@travigoguide.com to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

 

7.2 Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to our services and may be treated as fraud.
